Fully Refundable Deposits

1. A fully refundable deposit is required with some orders, a fee of £20, £50, £100, £150 and £200 depending of the order you place with us

2. This deposit will be refunded within 24 hours prior to collection and testing

3. Deposit will only be retained if hire items have been damaged or stolen

Hire Length

1. Official hire term is 24 hours but can be extended at an extra cost

2. In some cases the DIGITALL UK Group may need additional time before collecting or allow additional time when delivery is early

Delivery

1. Delivery fees apply to all orders, £10 will be added to your invoice

2. Delivery radius is 10 miles of Liverpool central

3. Prearranged timeslots for all deliveries

Collection

1. Collections are free

2. Pre arranged timeslots for all collections

Public Liability

1. DIGITALL UK Group hold PLI up to £10m for sets up

2. The client must take full responsibility of the equipment on hire during the hire period

Proof Of ID

1. DIGITALL UK Group requires a photo of the clients driving licence or passport for each hire

2. DIGITALL UK Group requires a copy of a utility bill within 3 month of the hire date as proof of address

Please note: Proof of ID will be deleted after each hire term.
